Where?
The General Store is located in the hamlet of Charlton, in the western part of Saratoga County, just north of Scotia and south of Galway -- only a 30 minute ride from Saratoga Springs.
When?
The store is open 7 days a week. On weekdays during the winter it is open from 6:30 AM until 6:00 PM, and on weekends during the winter it is open from 7:00 PM until 5:00 PM (Sundays we close at 3:00 PM). During the Spring, summer and fall, the store is open on weekdays from 6:30 AM until 7:00 PM, Saturdays from 7:00 AM until 5:00 PM and on Sundays from 7:00 AM until 3:00 PM.

The Charlton General Store offers in a "country" atmosphere restaurant facilities for breakfast and lunch, a grocery area and a small gift area. It also offers various opportunities for birthday parties, knitting groups, or gatherings of any type
